HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ONLINE ORDER?

  • Our current delivery time frame is within 3-10 business days.
  • Back-ordered items may take 3-4 weeks.

WHICH PATCH SHOULD I ORDER?

  • Championships Participation Patch
    • Participation in that sports NCS playoff event. Any round.
  • Scholar Athlete Patch
    • Any NCS athlete participating in that sport that earns an unweighted GPA of 3.5 or higher based on their school's designated grading dates.
    • Does not need to participate in the NCS playoffs
  • Scholastic Team Patch
    • Any NCS team for that sport which has a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.0 or higher based on their school's designated grading dates.
    • Does not need to participate in the NCS playoffs.
  • Champion or Runner Up Shield Patch
    • Champion is the winner of that NCS championship event. Team or individual.
    • Runner Up is the second place finisher of that NCS championship event. Team or individual.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

  • We do not accept returns.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?

We want you to know that the North Coast Section is taking the necessary precautions to ensure both our customers’ and staff safety. Listed below are some of the measures that we are taking within our office.

  • Increased cleaning & sanitation within the office.

Additional safeguards that will be utilized within our office:

  • The entirety of our office space has been deep cleaned and sanitized to ensure a clean working environment for all staff upon returning to work.
  • Hand sanitizer is available in all areas of the office.
  • Protocols are be in place for maintaining cleaning and sanitation at work.
  • Protocols are be in place for anyone that may have or develop symptoms while at work.
